All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope.

3.3 Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency call-out charges apply outside normal business hours.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• Remove or protect valuable items in work areas

• Be present or arrange for authorized representation during work
• Pay invoices promptly according to agreed terms

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a call-out charge. Work in progress may be charged for materials used and time spent.

We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Customers must ensure work areas are safe and inform us of any potential hazards.
